Troubleshooting common installation issues

If the APK download fails on Android, check that you have at least 100 MB free storage space and a stable internet connection. Some carriers or networks may block APK downloads; try a different WiFi network or mobile data connection. If installation fails with a certificate error, this typically means your device clock is incorrect; check your device date and time settings and correct them if needed. If the app crashes after install, restart your device and try launching treebox again.
